Job Description
As member of the team in Airbus D&S you will be responsible for:

  • Vertragsverhandlung und -management (sowohl als Mieter als auch als Vermieter);
  • Führen von Mietvertrags- und Grundstücksverhandlungen;
  • Erstellen von Mietvertragsentwürfen auf Grundlage von Airbusverträgen;
  • Datenerfassung und -verwaltung in Datenbanken (Vertrags-, Flächen, GIS, etc.);
  • eigenständiges Management von Vertragsthemen während der Mietlaufzeit (z.B. Umbauten, Wartungen, Verlängerungen etc.);
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Projekte;
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen und Budgets;
  • Koordination der internen Stakeholder sowie externer Partner;
  • Risikomanagement inkl. Erarbeitung von Mitigation Aktionen;
  • Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und Erstellung von Berichten;
  • Bearbeitung bzw. Koordination mit Fachabteilungen aller notwendigen Vorgänge innerhalb einer Real Estate (Immobilien) - Gesellschaft wie z.B. Mietrechnungen, Mahnwesen, Instandhaltungen inkl.-setzungen;
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Flächenübergaben inkl notwendiger Dokumentationen;
  • Mitwirkung bei Entscheidungsvorlagen;
  • Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Überprüfung von erhaltenen Nebenkostenabrechnungen;
  • Internes wie externes Berichtswesen inkl. Jahresabschluss, Lagebericht, Cash Flow, etc.;
  • Sicherstellung bei Bestell- und Accountingprozessen;
  • Bearbeitung von gesellschaftsrechtlichen Vorgängen z.B. Gesellschafterversammlungen.

Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Bauingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft, mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang;
  • Finanzwesen mind. über 3 Jahre;
  • Projektmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre;
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Real Estate Business (Immobilien) wird zwingend vorausgesetzt;
  • Google Suite vorteilhaft inkl. Präsentationstool Kenntnisse;
  • Verhandlungserfahrung und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit inkl. sicheres Auftreten;
  • stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln;
  • Compliant Hands-on mentalität und Macher-Qualitäten;
  • Englisch und Deutsch, mind. verhandlungssicher;
  • Reisebereitschaft zu anderen Airbusstandorten in Süddeutschland.
