Objective
As the (Senior) Marketing Executive for Brazilian and Portuguese Markets, you will join the Country Management Team and be responsible for the launch of the YesStyle in these two markets. This would include the website setup (in cooperation with the IT, Product and Content Teams), development of the marketing strategy, finding growth opportunities launch, localization and optimization of various marketing channels aimed to build a strong online presence and establish YesStyle brand as a leader for Korean & Asian cosmetics in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market launch:
Lead the project of setting up YesStyle's Portuguese language website in close collaboration with the departments like IT, Product, Data/BI and Content. Take responsibility for the YesStyle website presence (in the beginning, including translations) in the market and help with projects for further business expansion in the region including website localization and optimization. - Marketing & growth strategy:
Develop, plan and implement marketing strategy (online and offline) to increase YesStyle's brand awareness and establish YesStyle as a market leader in the Asian & Korean beauty and skincare in the market. Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen YesStyle's position. Initiate, plan and lead creative and impactful marketing campaigns to engage and convert our target audience. - Project Management:
Collaborate with and lead the country-focus projects including various stakeholders in the company, both within and outside of the Marketing Department: Performance, Retention and Loyalty, Social Media, Influencer, SEO as well as Data, Content and other Teams. Plan and manage the allocation of budgets to different marketing channels and initiatives to grow the market. - Digital Marketing:
Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels. Marketing channels include search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media and influencer marketing as well as local channels relevant for Brazil and Portugal. - Networking/customer relationship management:
Represent YesStyle at industry events, conferences and trade fairs, establish a presence for YesStyle and identify potential partnerships.
Requirements
- University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing / e-commerce / business administration
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience, with proven experience in the beauty sector
- Hands-on experience in marketing and marketing channels is essential. Deep knowledge of market landscape and consumer sentiment in Brazil and Portugal would be important.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, ability to develop solutions and solve problems, experience in data analysis.
- Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills to coordinate well with an international teams.
- Ability to manage projects independently, arrange priorities, identify problems and weigh different options to solve them.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Knowledge and interest in (Korean & Asian) beauty products a plus
