We are seeking a highly motivated
Founders' Associate Intern (f/m/d)
to join us starting mid-April 2026. You'll collaborate with our CEO, other C-Level and Leadership team members, and our Founder's Associate full-time, in a fast-moving, VC-funded startup, working on various exciting aspects of our business.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Founder's Associate, not only on daily tasks but also in advancing and driving strategic initiatives across the company.
• Provide support in financial modeling and budgeting, ensuring a transparent view of financial performance and future projections.
• Perform market research and analysis to facilitate and enable strategic projects and decision-making.
• Identify and address improvements in processes and operations to ensure scalability.
• Aid in the creation of reports and presentations for the C-Level, investors, or other external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects initiated by the C-Level, encompassing a wide range of scopes and topics, and offer assistance to teams when critical.
• Additionally, cover operational processes end-to-end.

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong determination to go the extra mile, coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head-on.
• Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, VC/PE, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelor's/master's) journey with outstanding achievements.
• Excellent communication abilities in English.
• Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
• Available from April 15, 2026, for a minimum of 4 months.
