Deine Mission

Als
Lead Product Manager
übernimmst du die
Gesamtverantwortung für eine etablierte Produktlinie im Healthcare‑Umfeld
– strategisch, wirtschaftlich und operativ.

Das bedeutet konkret:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktlinie inkl.
    wirtschaftlicher Steuerung (P&L, Marktanteile, Kundenzufriedenheit)
    und Leitung des Commercial Boards
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung
    entlang von Markttrends, Kundenfeedback, regulatorischen Anforderungen und klaren Geschäftszielen
  • Ownership der Roadmap
    : Planung, Priorisierung und enge Abstimmung mit Product Management, Tech, Vertrieb, Marketing & weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Markt- & Wettbewerbsfokus
    : kontinuierliche Analysen sowie Impulse zur Innovation und Differenzierung
  • Starke Kollaboration & Kommunikation
    in interdisziplinären Teams und strategischen Gremien

Das bringst du mit

  • 6–8+ Jahre Erfahrung
    in der Produktverantwortung – idealerweise im Finanz‑ oder Gesundheitsumfeld
  • Tiefes Know-how in
    Produktlinienmanagement, Pricing, P&L-Verantwortung und Go‑to‑Market‑Strategien
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der
    wirtschaftlichen Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktportfolios
  • Strategisches & unternehmerisches Denken
    gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    auf Deutsch und Englisch, sicher im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Stakeholdern
  • Lust,
    regelmäßig vor Ort
    zu sein, um Zusammenarbeit aktiv zu gestalten
