Process Engineer (m/w/d) für die Process Unit Solid Packaging.

Die Stelle ist unbefristet zu besetzen.

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Sie berichten als Process Engineer an den Leiter Process Engineering. Als Teil der Matrixorganisation des Process Teams PUT-Pack (Fertigungseinheit Verpackung und Abfüllung bestehend aus Tabletten-Verpackungslinien, Flüssigabfüllung, Foliendruck) fallen die folgenden Aufgaben in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich:

  • In der Rolle des Anlagenexperten beraten Sie das Process Team bzgl. technischer Fragestellungen zum Equipment

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit der Process Maintenance stellen Sie die Anlagenverfügbarkeit und den qualifizierten Zustand unter qualitativen und sicherheitsrelevanten Rahmenbedingungen sicher

  • 2nd Level Support für die Entstörung von Produktionsanlagen inklusive Anforderung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Lieferanten

  • Anfertigung und Kontrolle von Testaten, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Sicherheitsbetrachtungen

  • Verantwortung für das Lifecycle-Management der Produktionsanlagen (insbesondere Risikobewertung, Wartungsmaßnahmen, Ersatzteilbevorratung, Ersatz- bzw. Neuinvestitionen)

  • Pflege von firmeninternen und -externen Netzwerken von technischen Experten für den Anlagenpark Ihres Verantwortungsbereiches

  • Bearbeitung von technischen CAPAs (Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions), Change Controls (Änderungsanträgen) und Root-Cause-Analysen

  • Auswertung von Maschinen- und Betriebsdaten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Störzeiten und Prozessstabilisierung

  • Aktive Teilnahme am Prozess Team Meeting im Produktionsbereich

  • Abwicklung von Investitionsprojekten im Rahmen des Verantwortungsbereichs

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Fach- bzw. Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik oder Technikerausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

  • Berufserfahrung in Betreuung, Beschaffung und Nutzung von Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen

  • Berufserfahrung in Betreuung, Beschaffung und Nutzung von Anlagen zur Bedruckung wünschenswert

  • Kenntnisse relevanter cGMP-Anforderungen sind von Vorteil

  • Kommunikations-, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie ein funktionsübergreifendes, serviceorientiertes und verbindliches Handeln mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft

  • Fähigkeit, ziel- und ergebnisorientiert zu handeln

  • Gute Englisch- und fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
