The role:

The Transport & Warehouse Manager develops and implements a clear logistics strategy for the geographical scope of the role. As part of this, the role follows up on the performance of our warehouses and transport steers and assists the result improvements. He/she sets the targets and assist in reaching these targets by defining and implementing the right initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze logistics performance in breweries, focusing on productivity, budgets, and key warehouse and transport KPIs.
• Support logistics departments in achieving KPI and financial targets through improvement projects and operational initiatives.
• Define and implement a transport strategy across all countries in scope, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, cost, capacity, and sustainability.
• Lead and oversee logistics projects within warehouses, including CAPEX planning, management, and follow-up.
• Drive initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and optimize transport strategy performance.
• Manage CAPEX budgets for logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute zone and regional logistics initiatives, ensuring consistency and best-practice sharing.
• Oversee and support external storage operations, including coordination of stock management and performance tracking.
• Act as process owner for the long-term warehousing and transport strategy cycles (1-year, 3-year, and 10-year plans), including benchmarking and continuous improvement (VPO & LCP WH Pillar support).

Who we're looking for:

• 5 Years of experience working in Transport companies.
• Results-oriented professional with proven expertise transport management across multiple scopes sites.
• Strong focus on productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency throughout the logistics network.
• Experienced in monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance, and driving improvement initiatives to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead CAPEX projects, from planning and approval to execution and performance follow-up.
• Effective in coordinating regional logistics initiatives, ensuring alignment, best-practice sharing, and consistent performance.
• Experienced in managing external storage operations, including stock management, supplier coordination, and performance tracking.
• Committed to safety, quality, and sustainability, ensuring logistics operations contribute to long-term business growth and excellence.
• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
