Job description:
  • Erstellung des jährlichen Konzernabschlusses in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer bezüglich Geschäftszahlen, Anhang und Lagebericht einschließlich der Prüfung auf Plausibilität nach Vorgaben des Vorgesetzten
  • Ansprechpartner für die weltweiten ARRI-Finance-Abteilungen, zum Beispiel bezüglich des Konzernabschlussprozesses. Ausarbeitung von Methoden und Arbeitsabläufen zur Verbesserung der automatisierten Abstimmung mit den Finance-Abteilungen weltweit
  • Erstellung eines Konzernquartalsabschlusses sowie eines monatlichen Konzernabschlusses für IST- Zahlen
  • Ermitteln und Aufbereiten von konsolidierten Forecast- und Planzahlen
  • Zur Arbeitsaufgabe gehört auch die fachliche Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Methoden zum Aufbau und der Betreuung einer stärker automatisierten Systemlösung zur Verbesserung der turnusmäßigen Erstellung von Konzernzahlen
  • Mitwirkung an der Prozessoptimierung (IST, FC, Plan) und Optimierung von Systemlösungen in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Ansprechpartnern weltweit
Requirements:
  • Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch eine einschlägige, mindestens 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine qualifizierte Weiterbildung (z.B. Betriebswirt) und darauf bezogene fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden
  • Darüber hinaus ist eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren erforderlich.
  • Alternativ können die Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten durch ein abgeschlossenes Regelstudium erworben werden. Darüber hinaus ist eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren erforderlich
  • Es handelt sich um eine Arbeitsaufgabe, die Entscheidungs- und Dispositionsspielraum im Rahmen der Aufgabenstellung beinhaltet

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
