In this job you are orchestrating and driving Business Process, Systems and Tools definition, implementation and improvement measures across the entire supply chain for the area of External Wafer Manufacturing, to ensure the execution of the redefined strategy and new operating model.

In your new role you will:

- **Support & Drive execution of External Wafer Manufacturing business process roadmap **by initiating and coordinating process and tool improvements together with interfacing functions (e.g. IT, CSC FI, PROC COE etc.)
- **Support & Drive continuously standardization and automation **of relevant processes internally and also towards foundry interfaces
- **Collect and shape specifications for IT **to support External Wafer Manufacturing Systems & Tools requirements
- **Hand over consolidated requirements **with regards to processes and tools to the respective internal resources (e.g. IT, CSC FI)
- **Actively interact with multiple stakeholders **in the context of change management for the successful roll-out of improvement projects
- **Develop and facilitate training concepts **(e.g. in alignment with interfacing functions, e.g. PROC COE)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **University degree **in Business Adminstration, Industrial Engineering or IT
- **Working experience in corporate supply chain, process excellence **or similar experience (e.g. as student in supply chain Innovation)
- **Process and IT affinity **is a must have
- Experience in **project management**:

- A very good skillset in**:analytics, consolidation, coordination and communication**:

- **Fluent in German and English**:

- Working history in **semiconductor branch is a plus**
