Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:

• Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufs-Tools wie GEP und Onventis.
• Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse für effiziente Abläufe.
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung von KI-gestützten Lösungen im Einkauf.
• Support der strategischen und operativen Einkäufer bei der Erstellung und Verbesserung von Agenten und Prompts (aktuell Microsoft CoPilot) sowie Entwicklung eines passenden Toolsets.
• Weiterentwicklung unserer Procurement-Toolbox zur optimalen Unterstützung zukünftiger Warengruppenstrategien.
• Unterstützung beim Savings-Reporting zur Förderung von Transparenz und Erfolgsmessung.
• Management und Betreuung der konzernweiten Versicherungen.

Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise auch im Bereich Versicherungen oder Prozessmanagement.
• Kenntnisse in gängigen Procurement-Tools wie GEP und Onventis.
• Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen und KI-Technologien.
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
