MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**Your profile**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Engineering in the Automotive Industry.
- Survey/Research/Report Skills: Proficiency in conducting surveys, research, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Strong communication and effective time management skills
- Creative Approach to Work: Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in **English and German**; Korean skills are a plus.

**Your tasks**:

- Survey Global and EU Automotive Industry Trends:

- Investigate changes in the automotive industry by region, focusing on European market dynamics.
- Conduct surveys to identify trends and challenges.
- Report Issue Identification and Reporting:

- Timely identify and report major issues related to the automotive industry and EU regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address these challenges effectively.
- Strategy Response Strategy Development:

- Establish response strategies to tackle industry-specific issues and regulatory changes.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Investigate Supplier Compliance Investigation:

- Investigate suppliers’ compliance status with various regulations (e.g., CBAM, CO2 Footprint, CSRD, CSDDD).
- Monitor and assess their adherence to relevant standards.
- Create Project Management:

- Manage projects related to procurement, including tracking project status and reporting progress.
- Analyze risks and proactively communicate findings to respective positions/departments/suppliers.
- Manage Procurement Center Business Plan:

- Define the business plan agenda for the EU Procurement Center.
- Establish detailed plans to achieve goals and objectives.
- Regularly review quarterly results and monitoring.
- Manage Technology Research and Benchmarking:

- Stay updated on new technologies relevant to procurement.
- Benchmark leading companies to identify best practices.
- Investigate supply chains of competitors
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
