Your mission as a Senior Account Executive
Our client is looking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Account Executive to join our team and work closely with our Head of Sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies within a specific industry sector. You will showcase the potential of ou client's capabilities and develop a mutually beneficial commercial framework with stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and own growth strategy for your specific vertical, i.e. FMCG or Media & Entertainment
- You will represent our client to marketing and insights decision-makers
- You will acquire new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant Market Research approach, leveraging our client's platform and methodologies portfolio
- You will scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
- You act as the voice of our Media/Entertainment customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects
- You will build and maintain a strong network
- You will create partnership opportunities within the industry to further strengthen ou client's positioning as a research partner
- You will represent our client at trade fairs and public speaking events, expand your network, and leverage existing contacts to drive our business
- You will work closely with our Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing Team to maximise growth opportunities
You will thrive in this role if
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry
- You have experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing
- You have excellent proficiency in German and English
- You are proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
- You are based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg
- An extensive network within the Media/Entertainment or the FMCG industry is a plus
- You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
