Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem führenden und international tätigen Unternehmen der Versicherungsbranche, suchen wir am Standort München oder Berlin einen
Business Architect Insurance
(m/w/d).

AUFGABEN

  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Business Architecture im Versicherungsumfeld, inkl. Strukturen, E2E -Prozesse, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Governance
  • Design, Analyse und Pflege von Value Streams, insbesondere zentraler fachlicher Versicherungsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Capability Maps, Identifikation von Capability-Gaps sowie Entwicklung und Priorisierung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Management zur operativen Umsetzung der definierten Zielbilder
  • Berücksichtigung der Auswirkungen technologischer Entwicklungen (u.a. KI) auf die Anforderungen an eine auch zukünftig tragfähige Business Architecture
  • Moderation von Workshops und Design-Sessions mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Business Architecture, Transformation, Prozessdesign oder Unternehmensberatung
  • Expertise in Value Stream Design, Capability Design, Operating Model Design sowie E2E-Prozessarchitektur
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Methoden und Frameworks wie BPMN 2.0 oder TOGAF
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
