Laboratory Manager (m/w/d)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Planung von Laborequipment und Prüfaufbauten
  • Fachliche Leitung eines Teams zu den Themen Maintenance, Kalibration und Prüfaufbauten
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Testergebnissen und Berichten
  • Planung und Überwachung von Batterietests, Bewertung der Ergebnisse
  • Qualitätssicherung unserer Testdienstleistungen
  • Management des Labors nach ISO 17025 sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwick-lung des Testbetriebs
  • Bewertung der technischen Durchführbarkeit von Prüfungen gemäß Spezifikation, Erarbeitung und Realisierung von Konzepten zur technischen Weiterentwicklung des Labors

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Physik (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
  • langjährige Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und der ISO 17025
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement & Kundenkommunikation sowie Zertifizierungs-verfahren
  • min. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Batterien
  • min. 5 Jahre in Leitungsfunktion
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich internationale Kundenkommunikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Prüfung und Testdurchführung sowie der Dokumentation und Analyse der Messergebnisse
