You'll architect the growth engine for a testing and laboratory network spanning Europe's food, environmental, industrial and healthcare sectors.

This isn't about executing someone else's playbook; you'll build the entire growth infrastructure from the ground up, with direct access to C-suite decision-makers who'll greenlight your breakthrough ideas within days, not months.

- **Challenge Continuously**: New acquisitions mean new markets, new products, and new growth models to architect. The complexity scales with your capabilities.

You'll develop and execute the growth strategy across our European testing division, taking complete ownership of customer acquisition and revenue expansion. You'll build and lead an interdisciplinary team (campaign specialists, data analysts, marketing ops), establish group-wide performance systems that track every stage of the funnel, and manage high-level agency partnerships.

Day-to-day, you'll balance strategic thinking with operational execution, analysing conversion data in the morning, presenting ROI projections to management after lunch, and coaching subsidiary teams on campaign optimisation before day's end. You'll also architect the digital infrastructure (CRM integration, marketing automation, attribution modelling) that makes scalable growth possible.

**What You Need to Bring**:You've spent 10+ years building marketing and sales systems that measurably moved revenue, not just generated activity.

You've led go-to-market strategies in complex B2B environments, ideally in laboratory testing, medical, life sciences; CDMO, CRO.

Expert business acumen; management reporting and corporate controlling. You can walk into a board meeting and communicate growth performance in terms that CFOs and CEOs respect. You're analytically sharp enough to interrogate funnel data, but strategic enough to see how three-year market dynamics should reshape today's campaign priorities.

Critically, you know modern growth tools inside-out: CRM systems, direct sales campaigns, marketing automation platforms etc. You've built teams before and know how to coach both internal units and external agencies to perform.
