- 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing & Quality related shop floor applications, Hands-on experience for production support.
- Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industry/
Aerospace Industry. - MES consultant with, knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing process, PLC, SCADA
- Support, development, enhancement of large-scale MES projects, ensuring seamless integration of IT-OT domain for enhanced operational synergy.
- Work closely with clients to understand their MES requirements and prepare technical design documents.
- Ensure that deployment and release management processes are followed to ensure smooth delivery of MES solutions.
- Design and architect MES solutions
- Ensure that the MES solutions align with the overall IT architecture of the organization.
- Collaborate with other architects, developers and stakeholders to ensure that MES solutions integrate effectively with other systems.
- Provide technno/functional leadership and mentorship to developers and other team members.
- Ensure that MES solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
- Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the company.
- Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required.
