Leitung QA Systems (m/w/d) für ein Pharmaunternehmen in Berlin

Mein Kunde ist ein wachsendes mittelständischen Pharmaunternehmen in Berlin, das für die Herstellung von Arzneimittel tätig ist. Aufgrund einer Nachbesetzung suche ich einen Leiter QA Systems (m/w/d). Sie berichten an die Stndortleitung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Leitung der Abteilung
    QA Systems
    inklusive Budget- und Personalverantwortung
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Qualitätssystemen (z. B. Lieferantenqualifizierung, Dokumenten- und Schulungsmanagement, Qualifizierung/Validierung inkl. CSV, Risikomanagement, Selbstinspektionen, Management Reviews)
  • Definition und Koordination von Qualitätsgrundsätzen und -richtlinien
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Lieferantenmanagements, einschließlich Verhandlung von QS-Vereinbarungen und Organisation von Lieferantenaudits
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Behördeninspektionen sowie Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des QM-Systems, inklusive KPI-Reporting, Qualitäts- und Schulungsplanung sowie regelmäßiger QM-Reviews

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und GMP
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Führungsqualitäten
  • Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
