Zusammenfassung der Rolle:

Der Senior Specialist, Employee and Labor Relations (m/w/d) ist Teil des HR Services-Teams und fungiert als erster Ansprechpartner für Fragen und Anliegen zu Arbeits- und Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, die von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern innerhalb der EMEA-Region vorgebracht werden. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie mit Mitarbeitern, Führungskräften, HR-Geschäftspartnern und der Rechtsabteilung zusammen, sorgen für ein positives Umfeld im Bereich Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und bieten Führungskräften Coaching und Beratung zu Themen wie progressive Disziplin, Leistungsmanagement, Konfliktlösung und Beschäftigungsrisiken, um einen einheitlichen und abgestimmten Ansatz bei der Gestaltung der Mitarbeiter- und Arbeitsbeziehungen in allen Abteilungen sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Mitarbeiterbeziehungen / Employee Relations

• Beratung von Führungskräften und HRBPs in Fragen der Mitarbeiterbeziehungen.
• Durchführung von Untersuchungen und Empfehlung von Lösungen.
• Unterstützung bei Schulungen zu Compliance und Mitarbeiterbeziehungen.
• Kommunikation von Richtlinienaktualisierungen und Pflege von Wissenssystemen.

Arbeitsbeziehungen / Labor Relations

• Als Ansprechpartner für Fragen zum Arbeitsplatz und zur Auslegung von Richtlinien fungieren.
• Mit dem Betriebsrat zusammenarbeiten.
• Beschwerden und Arbeitskonflikte lösen.
• Die Dokumentation und Datenverfolgung für Beschwerden, die Lösung von Beschwerden und Vertragsverhandlungen sicherstellen.
• Komplexe Urlaubsfälle bearbeiten und die Einhaltung der KPIs sicherstellen.
• Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften bei Fusionen, Schließungen und Übernahmen unterstützen.

Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalwesen oder einem gleichwertigen Fachgebiet.
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiter-/Arbeitsbeziehungen in der EMEA-Region.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts in Deutschland; Kenntnisse in

• Großbritannien, Irland und den Niederlanden von Vorteil.

• Flüssige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Kompetenz in Konfliktlösung, Kommunikation und Multitasking.
• Technische Versiertheit im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Fallmanagement-Tools.

Summary of the role:

The Senior Specialist Employee and Labor Relations (m/f/d) , is part of the HR Services team, and will serve as the initial point of contact for labor and employee relations issues and concerns raised by managers and employees within the EMEA region. This role will work with employees, managers, HR business partners, legal, and maintain a positive employee relations environment and provide coaching and advisory support to people managers on progressive discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment risk matters ensuring a consistent and aligned approach when managing employee and labor relations across the divisions.

Role and Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

• Advise managers and HRBPs on employee relations matters.
• Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Support compliance and employee relations training.
• Communicate policy updates and maintain knowledge systems.

Labor Relations

• Serve as a resource for workplace issues and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Works Council.
• Resolve grievances and labor disputes.
• Ensure documentation and data tracking for complaints, grievance resolution and contract negotiations.
• Handle complex leave cases and ensure KPI alignment.
• Support legal compliance in mergers, closures, and acquisitions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equally relevant degree.
• 3–5 years' experience in employee/labor relations across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in Germany; exposure to UK, Ireland, Netherlands preferred.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and multitasking.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and case management tools.
