What Will You Be Doing? In Direct Collaboration With The Global Team, You Will Have Strong Autonomy And Dive Into Various Subjects. You Will Contribute To The Success Of Projects Like

  • Scouting, sourcing and identifying potential startups worthy of a Starburst investment or collaboration
  • Performing analysis of companies, industries and markets including industry trends analysis, competitive assessment, target market identification, conduct and support subject matter expert interviews, etc.
  • Interfacing and coordinating with startup candidates, management of applications, and selection process
  • Preparing and managing startup one-pagers and presentations for presenting to corporate partners & internal supervisors
  • Communicating with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and stakeholders to gather relevant information
  • Supporting key events like accelerator kick-offs and Demo Days, matchmaking, and other pitch sessions

What sort of work can I be doing in a few years' time?

  • Join a venture fund, steer investments into emerging aerospace and defence technology
  • Manage a corporate development fund and help shape business strategy for primes
  • Start your own business or join a startup, teaming up with some of the brightest minds

Are You

  • From a well-ranked engineering or business school
  • A futurist and familiar with the ecosystem of startups
  • A team player but capable of working independently
  • Fluent in English & German

Do You Have

  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, resourcefulness, and motivation to work with a small and innovative team
  • Strong interest in the aerospace and defence industry and innovation
  • Experience in project management is a plus
