To support our Marketing team at Give Back Beauty we are searching for a Marketing Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Contract full-time, fixed-term for 18 months, mid level.

What You Will Do

  • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly forecasts and order management (demand planning and purchase orders)
  • Continuous development of an efficient, system-supported planning process
  • Optimization of supply chain and marketing processes
  • Analysis, preparation, and evaluation of forecast and historical data
  • Product launch and marketing campaign controlling (e.g., based on sell-in and sell-out data)
  • Close collaboration with brand managers, sales, and the operations/supply chain team at local and global levels
  • Preparation of sell-out analyses and monthly forecasts, as well as processing budget and estimate reports
  • Regular monitoring of the current inventory situation and proactive management of overstock / slow-sellers
  • Support in ensuring product availability and close collaboration with the various headquarters (Milan, Paris, Barcelona)
  • Preparation of reports, key performance indicators, and planning figures.

Who You Are

  • Completed degree, preferably in business administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in the cosmetics industry)
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a self-motivated approach
  • Perseverance and commitment to complex topics, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • PC skills (MS Office, especially very good Excel skills)
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Affinity for the lifestyle/cosmetics industry.
