Über die Rolle

Als Analyst bist Du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Finanzmodells des Unternehmens, die Vorbereitung von Roadshows sowie die Unterstützung der Fundraising-Aktivitäten von Rock Tech. Das Finanzmodell dient dabei als zentrales Entscheidungsinstrument für das Senior Management und das Fundraising-Team der Gruppe. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Verantwortung für das unternehmenseigene Finanzmodell
  • Unterstützung der Fundraising-Aktivitäten (ECM & DCM) sowie der Geschäftsentwicklung durch die Erstellung von Präsentationen und weiteren Materialien
  • Durchführung von quantitativen und qualitativen Analysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen des Managements
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Investoren-Datenbanken sowie Vorbereitung internationaler Equity- und Debt-Roadshows
  • Sicherstellung, dass aktuelle Informationen aus den Projektteams und Marktanalysen in das Finanzmodell einfließen
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und strategischer Initiativen


Was solltest Du mitbringen?
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Fachgebiet
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, Finanzen oder Investment Banking
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Finanzmodellieren sowie in der Erstellung von Präsentationen (PowerPoint)
  • Starkes analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Neugier und Interesse, ein fundiertes Verständnis der operativen Prozesse von Rock Tech zu entwickeln
  • Hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeit, hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit in der Umsetzung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
