Are you an experienced SAP Basis expert ready to take on more responsibility and lead the next stage of technical excellence within a highly regarded SAP consultancy?

You'll play a key role in shaping hybrid SAP architectures (On-Premise and Cloud), guiding clients on their RISE with SAP journey, and mentoring colleagues across complex system landscapes.

Your Role

Ensure smooth operation, performance, and compliance of SAP systems across on-premise and cloud environments.

Design and implement secure and scalable SAP architectures (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP).

Provide presales input and technical expertise in customer projects and tenders.

Lead and coordinate a small team of SAP Basis specialists, including capacity and project planning.

Troubleshoot complex system issues and support root cause analysis.

Coach junior colleagues and promote continuous learning within the team.

What You Bring

Several years of SAP Basis consulting experience and system architecture design.

Strong technical knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Fiori, and Solution Manager.

Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Cloud ALM.

Confident in client communication and presales discussions.

Some background in team coordination or project leadership.

Very good German and English skills.
