  • Platform management: You will assist in connecting and optimizing job and advertising platforms.
  • Data analysis & reporting: You will analyze data from various sources and prepare it for strategic decision-making.
  • Automation & programming: You will set up small scripts to automate and improve processes.
  • Market and competition analysis: You will research market trends and optimize strategies based on relevant findings.
  • Process optimization: You will identify potential for optimization in our processes and develop efficient solutions.
Requirements
  • Analytical thinking & affinity for data: You enjoy working with data and drawing strategic conclusions from it.
  • Technical understanding: Ideally, you can write simple scripts (e.g., Python, SQL, or another relevant tool) and are not afraid of new technologies.
  • Willingness to learn & initiative: You are eager to learn new things quickly in a dynamic environment and contribute your own ideas.
  • Structured & independent way of working: You can work on several tasks at the same time and keep track of everything.
  • Strong communication skills: You work closely with different teams and can present results clearly.
