About the Role

We are looking for an organized, creative, and proactive
Marketing Coordinator
to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working collaboratively, managing projects, and bringing creative ideas to life — all while working remotely within Germany.

You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of
    digital and offline marketing campaigns
    (email, social media, website, events, etc.)
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Manage the company's
    content calendar
    and help create engaging social media posts and newsletters
  • Track and report on
    campaign performance metrics
    , providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with the management and updating of the company website and digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Help organize
    virtual and in-person events
    , including webinars, trade fairs, and partner activities
  • Support budget tracking, invoice management, and marketing documentation
  • Conduct basic
    market and competitor research
    to identify new opportunities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
    , or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in
    marketing coordination, digital marketing, or project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience with
    marketing tools
    such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or WordPress
  • Basic understanding of
    digital marketing metrics
    , SEO principles, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    ;
    German
    proficiency is a plus
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working
    remotely
    and collaborating with distributed teams
