Wir entwickeln Lösungen für Personalengpässe und bauen starke Arbeitgebermarken auf. Unser Kundenstamm umfasst alles von Start-ups bis hin zu Konzernen. Wir unterstützen sie dabei, mit maßgeschneiderten Lösungen und strategischer Beratung nachhaltig die richtigen Talente für ihre individuellen Herausforderungen zu gewinnen und ihre Attraktivität zu stärken.
Aufgaben
Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Kunden und Terminvereinbarung für Erstgespräche
Verwaltung und Nutzung unseres CRM-Systems (Hubspot) zur Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse
Qualifikation
Du bist kommunikationsstark und besitzt gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um Kundenbedürfnisse optimal zu verstehen.
Du bist lernbereit und besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
