As our Senior Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you define the systems behind our highest-performing concepts. You translate data, performance insights, behavioural science and AI-driven workflows into clear creative angles that drive both creative excellence and subscription growth across channels and brands.
It's an analytical strategy-first creative role for someone who thinks in ideas, angles and storytelling logic and understands how creative performance emerges from strong strategic foundations. You'll work closely with Creative, Performance, CRM and Product.Your StoryYour background might be in creative strategy, performance creative, content/UGC direction or concept development. What matters most is that you can turn insight into clear creative direction and scalable frameworks. You think in ideas, angles and narratives and you enjoy understanding how they perform.
You bring:3–6+ years in creative strategy, performance creative or similar roles
Deep expertise with Meta (required) and short-form content
Proven ability to craft scroll-stopping angles, hooks and narratives based on insights and platform logic
Hands-on experience using AI tools for ideation and variation exploration
Confidence interpreting creative & performance metrics and turning them into strategic actions.
Understanding of behavioural science in motivation and habit-building categories
Familiar with acquisition journeys (landing pages, funnels, app flows)
Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into usable guidance
Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Interest in fitness, wellbeing or habit-building storytelling
- Plus familiarity with TikTok & YouTube Shorts, Paid Social Media, Display, Networks
- Experience scripting or storyboarding UGC/talent-led creative
- Experience working across multiple brands or markets

Turn insights into creative strategy- Translate platform signals and user behaviour into actionable creative insights
Track cultural shifts, platform trends and competitive patterns to inform new creative approaches
Apply behavioral science (identity cues, self-efficacy, fresh start effect, loss aversion) to shape messaging that resonates and reduces friction
Build scalable frameworks for angles, hooks, narratives and testing structures across formats and markets
Define clear testing roadmaps and identify success criteria for creative variations
(angle → hook → format → CTA)Take advantage of AI to accelerate idea generation, explore narrative directions and generate creative variations
Write clear, structured briefs that give designers and editors strong strategic direction
Partner closely with Performance Marketing to align creative strategy with growth opportunities
Ensure creative decisions are grounded in measurable insights that improve CTR, CVR and subscription growth
Maintain a central Creative Insights + AI Playbook that documents what works, why it works and how to scale it
