Ein digitales Gesundheitsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Rehabilitation sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Finanzbereich. Als Head of Finance verantworten Sie alle kaufmännischen Themen im Unternehmen und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse. Die Rolle ist remote oder in Berlin angesiedelt und Teil des Leadership-Teams.

Aufgaben

Sie führen das Finance-Team (aktuell zwei Personen) fachlich und disziplinarisch und berichten direkt an den CFO. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Steuerung aller kaufmännischen Prozesse sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Schnittstellen. Sie verantworten Reporting, Forecasting, Planung und unterstützen strategisch das Management. Außerdem agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Accounting und Controlling sowie erste Führungserfahrung

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, DATEV, Tableau und SQL

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit

  • Unternehmerisches und analytisches Denken

  • Projektmanagementerfahrung (z. B. aus Beratung) von Vorteil

Sprachen

  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
