We are a fast-growing EMEA division of a global technology company specializing in robotic and smart outdoor equipment (Robot lawn mower and pool cleaning robots categories). Our innovative products are distributed through distributors, DIY retailers, and e-commerce partners across Europe.
About the Role:
To further strengthen our presence in the French market, we are looking for a French-speaking Sales Manager to lead and expand our business development in France while being fully integrated into our EMEA HQ in Germany.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Manage and expand our business in the French market (Distribution, DIY, CE etc).
- Develop and execute go-to-market and channel strategies in France.
- Build long-term partnerships with distributors and key retail accounts.
- Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotion plans with local partners.
- Market & Strategy
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends in France.
- Support product localization and communication materials for the French market.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the EMEA sales, marketing, and service teams in Germany.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Report sales results and forecasts directly to the EMEA Director.
Qualifications:
- French speaker, fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of B2B or retail sales experience in France.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently with strong self-discipline and structure.
- Willingness to travel frequently within France.
