After years of development and under support of advanced test engineering concepts in the industry, Huawei's testing capability has built a quite complete test engineering systems and workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery of Huawei's products and services. As the industry has increasingly pose higher and higher requirements on cyber security and system resilience, and the industry continuously evolves into more intelligent and ecological direction, Huawei needs to build more advanced test engineering capabilities to continuously ensure that Huawei products meet the industry's high trustworthiness requirements.

Master Thesis Student on Channel Modelling for smart home applications (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Work on a master thesis research topic according to university's requirement.
  • Participate in projects for channel modeling for smart home applications.
  • Participate in development and publication of channel modeling tools and algorithms.

Your areas of expertise

  • Currently pursuing Master's degree in high frequency, electrical engineering, telecommunication, computer science or other related fields
  • Programming skills in Python or C/C++
  • Experience with modeling tools like ray tracing and full wave is a plus
  • Good planning and organizing skills with well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills combined with team spirit and intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
