Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Infrastruktur-Strategie, Umsetzung der Strategie und Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur
  • Visionäre Führung – Ausrichtung unserer Infrastruktur und Workplaces auf die Bedürfnisse des Business von BELFOR mit hohem Business Value
  • Review und Weiterentwicklung unseres aktuellen Teams, ggfs. Einführung agiler Arbeitsweisen
  • Gewährleisten von Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit von Netzwerken, Servern, Storage, Backup und Cloud-Betrieb gemäß unseres ab Anfang 2026 zertifizierten IT Security Management Systems
  • Entwickeln und Implementieren von gruppenweiten IT-Standards in der Infrastruktur, weitere Harmonisierung gemäß Gruppenstandards
  • Weiterentwickeln unserer Infrastruktur in Infrastruktur-Projekten und Projektbegleitung von allen CiT-Projekten
  • Weiterentwickeln unseres IT-Service Managements
  • Führung des Service Desk und Sicherstellen von Support und Service für die BELFOR Europe und der europäischen BELFOR-Gruppe
  • Führung operativer Teams (ServiceDesk, Netzwork Infrastructure, Cloud and Endpoint)
  • Strategisches und operatives Sourcing: Make or Buy Entscheidungen, IT-Purchasing und Supplier Management
  • Lizenzmanagement
Dein Profil

Fachkompetenz:

  • Cloud Operations, Agile Arbeitsweisen, Projektmanagement, Modern WorkplaceITIL, ITSM, Supplier Management, IT Purchasing, Lizenzmanagement
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Artificial Intelligence sowie mit einem nach DIN ISO 27001 zertifizierten IT Security Management System

Persönlichkeit & Sozialkompetenz:

  • Fähigkeit, den Spagat zwischen Richtlinienkompetenz und Kundenorientierung zu meistern
  • Ausgeprägte Fach- und Methodenkompetenz sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz ("People Person")
  • Nice-to-have: Coaching-Ausbildung

Führungskompetenz:

  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung, idealerweise Verantwortung für Teams mit mindestens 15 Mitarbeitenden
