Gegründet von der in Berlin lebenden Dermatologin Dr. Emi Arpa, verbindet das Unternehmen effektive, hochwertige Inhaltsstoffe mit Fermenten, um wirksame und nachhaltige Lösungen für alle Hauttypen zu schaffen. Vegan und PETA-zertifiziert legt DR. EMI ARPA Skin großen Wert auf Transparenz und Hautgesundheit, mit dem Ziel, eine neue Skincare Ära einzuleiten.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung und Performance-Optimierung unseres Shopify Plus-Shops. Dabei kombinierst du Entwickler-Skills (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS) mit einem datengetriebenen Growth-Mindset, um Conversion Rates, Funnel-Performance und Shop-Geschwindigkeit zu optimieren. Mittelfristig baust du ein eigenes Tech-Team auf und reduzierst unsere Abhängigkeit von externen Agenturen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Anpassung von Shopify-Themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Technische Umsetzung neuer Features, Integrationen und Automatisierungen
  • Aufbau eines CRO-Frameworks: A/B-Tests, Heatmaps, Funnel-Analysen und Hypothesen-Testing
  • Testing-Tools (z. B. Google Optimize, Convert, Optimizely) einrichten und betreiben
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen (Klaviyo, Payment, Fulfillment, Tracking)
  • Optimierung von Conversion Rate, Shop Speed, Funnel Drops und Umsatz pro Besucher
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit E-Commerce- & Marketing-Team für Kampagnen, Landingpages und Internationalisierung
  • Perspektivischer Aufbau eines Inhouse-Tech- & CRO-Teams

Das bringst Du mit:

  • 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Shopify-Development und E-Commerce-Optimierung
  • T-Shaped Profil: starker Tech-Background (Liquid, JS, HTML, CSS) + Verständnis für E-Commerce KPIs & Growth
  • Erfahrung mit CRO-Methoden und Tools (A/B-Testing, Funnel-Optimierung, Heatmaps etc.)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, eine Tech-Rolle von Grund auf im Unternehmen aufzubauen
  • Kenntnisse in Shop-Internationalisierung und skalierbaren Setups von Vorteil
  • Beauty- oder Lifestyle-Background ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind ebenfalls ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du verfügst über eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland
