As Senior Manager Key Accounts, you are a key leader responsible for the strategic management and operational development of our existing customer business:
Tasks- Management of the Key Account, Sales Operations and Cloud Consulting teams.
- Identification and priorisation of upselling and cross-selling potential.
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Defining KPIs (e.g. customer lifetime value, retention rate, upsell revenue) and regularly monitoring performance in the areas you manage.
- You will work closely with service management and product management and act as the central point of contact between business and technology.
- Several years of management experience in a similar role, ideally in a technology- or solution-oriented company (SaaS, Cloud, IT Services).
- Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies and complex IT solutions in order to be a credible partner for technical teams and customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English (written and spoken).
- A high degree of entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation and a hands-on mentality.
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity in the way of working.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
