What we look for: You are the driving technical force behind our HubSpot unit. You are responsible for HubSpot solution architecture & design, multi-hub implementation, and RevOps consulting. You will work with our HubSpot experts and other members of our team to analyse and refine client requirements to identify the most appropriate tech and business solutions. You are closely working together with other departments in the field of tech, data & AI (e.g., integrations). You collaborate with senior management to align objectives with organisational goals and strategies. You foster effective communication between project teams and senior management, sharing project-related information, reports and updates. You share valuable knowledge by leading external and internal workshops and pitches, as well as mentoring and guiding our Associates.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in tech, business, media, marketing, communications, or a related field (a Master's degree or MBA is a plus).You have gained at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the HubSpot ecosystem, particularly with the Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.You have successfully worked with mid-market or enterprise clients and understand their specific needs and dynamics.You know how to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable HubSpot architectures.You are well-versed in working with the HubSpot API and integrating third-party systems like Zapier, , Workato, or custom-built solutions.You understand data modelling and have experience with data migrations.You navigate the HubSpot App Marketplace with ease and are familiar with the most relevant third-party tools.You take ownership of your work and actively drive your personal and professional growth.You seek out new challenges and opportunities to grow every day.You thrive in a team environment and combine a hands-on mentality with a structured, proactive, and data-driven approach.You communicate fluently in English and, ideally, in German.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
