• Self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced start-up environment
• Highly structured and organized, with solid experience as a SCRUM Product Owner and strong knowledge of standard PMS/BOS systems

We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner & Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who's excited to shape how our teams work every day. In this role, you'll lead internal software projects, act as the Product Owner for our in-house solution, and turn complex business needs into smart, intuitive systems

You'll collaborate across departments, introduce and drive SCRUM practices, and make sure our tools truly support the company's goals — from backlog to rollout and training. You'll manage both internal and external resources to deliver impactful projects and continuously improve our digital landscape

• Lead and manage internal software and capability projects, serving as the Product Owner for our in-house solution
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their system needs and ensure the business systems align with organizational objectives
• Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritize feature requests and enhancements, and oversee the rollout of new functionalities and updates — including training and adoption across teams
• Identify, evaluate, and propose new processes, capabilities, and software solutions to continuously improve the company's digital ecosystem
