For our Munich office, we are looking for a customer support engineer (f/m/d) in full time.

Responsibilities

Install and service cryostats at customer's sitesProvide training and documentation for our products in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly mannerHandle enquiries and solve technical problems via phone, email, and on-site visits, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressureAct as a point of contact to customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while preserving positive relationshipsReport technical and organizational issues, as well as opportunities, across the teams (engineering, production, product, sales)Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, balancing technical excellence with diplomatic communications

Requirements

You successfully completed a university degree (Master or PhD) in physics, quantum science & technology or similarExperience with cryogenic equipment is beneficialWillingness to travel internationally and manage extended hours when requiredHigh emotional intelligence and good diplomatic skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishEagerness to learn about our products to address customer problems effectivelyAbility to identify malfunctions, analyze root cause, and implement solutions quickly and calmlyIndependent, patient, and confident in your work, with strong prioritization skillsAbility to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing schedules as neededProblem solving skills, under pressure, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure and in high-stakes situations
