TASKS WITH IMPACT

You will support us in both Partner Onboarding and Technical Project Management

Partner Onboarding

• Technical integration of retailers and brands into the DOUGLAS marketplace (via FTP, API, and manual setup)
• International rollout of DOUGLAS marketplace partners
• Supporting partners during the Partner Readiness phase via the integration mailbox and Asana
• End-to-end testing of partner order processes after interface integration
• Identifying and implementing technical solutions for data transfer errors
• Stakeholder management: You will work closely with Key Account Management, Sales, aggregators, and other internal and external stakeholders

Technical Project Management

• Operational support for the Integration Manager in implementing new technical features and resolving bugs
• Creating and managing tickets in Jira and maintaining the team's internal Jira dashboard
• Developing and optimizing guidelines for internal stakeholders (Confluence) and external partners (Partner Support Space)
• Stakeholder management: You will collaborate closely with internal development teams to drive new features and bug fixes

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed degree or vocational training with a focus on IT, business, communications, e-commerce, or a comparable field
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Initial experience in the e-commerce environment through internships or similar roles
• Strong enthusiasm for IT and a passion for technology and processes – terms like ERP systems, integrators, SAP, XML/CSV/JSON are not foreign to you
• Basic understanding of (API) interface integrations and marketplace platform solutions
• Communicative and assertive personality
• Motivation for project management of interface integrations across multiple parallel projects
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Proactive and dedicated work style with a good balance between quality and quantity
• Ideally, you have already worked with systems such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, SAP Commerce, and Mirakl
