Deine Aufgaben

Als Project Manager übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Skalierung unserer Kundenprojekte. Du steuerst Softwareprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Pre-Sales/Bid Management bis Go-Live. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Post-Sales-Phase. Du koordinierst interne Teams, bindest die Stakeholder unserer Kunden aktiv ein und gestaltest Prozesse, Standards und Abläufe, die entscheidend für die Skalierung von VoiceLine sind.
  • Pre-Sales & Bid Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Business Development und Solution Architects. Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Präsentation von Projektkonzepten.
  • Projektleitung & Umsetzung: Verantwortung für alle Projektphasen von Setup und Validierung/Konzeption über Umsetzung und Rollout bis hin zum Go-Live. Inklusive Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der wesentlichen Projektparameter.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Teams und Kunden. Transparente Kommunikation zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Entscheidungen sowie Koordination aller Beteiligten.
  • Gestaltung & Weiterentwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Abläufen im Projektmanagement bei VoiceLine, um effiziente und skalierbare Strukturen zu schaffen.


Dein Profil
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Softwareumfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Bid Management oder Pre-Sales wünschenswert
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
