Der*die
Technical Accounting Lead
ist Teil des Finanzteams und unterstützt die
Leitung Finanzen
bei allen technischen Rechnungslegungsthemen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf
Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15)
,
Kosten- und Bestandsmanagement
,
internen Kontrollen (J-SOX)
sowie der
Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
. Die Rolle kombiniert Fachwissen in internationaler Rechnungslegung mit Führungsverantwortung und globaler Zusammenarbeit.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für
    Umsatzrealisierung, Kostenrechnung und Bestandsbewertung
    nach
    IFRS
    ,
    HGB
    und internen Richtlinien
  • Sicherstellung der
    Einhaltung von IFRS 15
    (Revenue Recognition) inkl. Vertragsprüfung und Accounting-Bewertung
  • Analyse
    von Umsatzströmen, COGS und Lagerumschlag zur Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
    für die verantworteten Bereiche
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von
    Accounting-Policies
    und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Überwachung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards
    und deren Implementierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit
    internen und externen Auditoren
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von
    internen Kontrollen
    (J-SOX)
  • Führung und Coaching
    von Accounting-Mitarbeitenden
  • Unterstützung bei
    ERP-Implementierungen
    und
    Sonderprojekten

Anforderungen

  • Bachelorabschluss
    in Accounting, Finance oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens
    6 Jahre Berufserfahrung
    , davon
    3 Jahre in leitender Funktion
  • Tiefes Wissen in
    IFRS
    ,
    US GAAP
    und idealerweise
    HGB
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
    ERP-Systemen
    (bevorzugt
    Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
    ) und
    Excel
  • Ausgeprägte
    analytische Fähigkeiten
    , Genauigkeit und Organisationsstärke
  • Starke
    Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen
  • Fähigkeit,
    selbstständig und international vernetzt
    zu arbeiten
  • CPA-Zertifizierung
