Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Specialist, located in Duisburg. The Special Education Specialist will work closely with children with special educational needs, tailoring education plans to individual requirements. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify educational needs, implementing evidence-based practices like Applied Behavior Analysis, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the child's developmental progress. The role involves creating supportive and stimulating learning environments to foster growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Special Education practices and Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and educators
  • Background in Education and experience working with children
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans and manage behavioral strategies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in educational planning for diverse learning needs is a plus
