Ihre Aufgaben: Entwicklung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsorientierten Vergütungssystems, das die Werte und Ziele eines dynamischen und modernen Unternehmens widerspiegeltStrategische und operative Verantwortung für das nationale und internationale Benefits -Portfolio, von der Konzeption bis zur ImplementierungDurchführung von Marktanalysen, Gehaltsbenchmarks und Salary Reviews inklusive Ableitung konkreter MaßnahmenAufbau transparenter Strukturen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern und der UnternehmensleitungBeratung der Fachbereiche zu allen C&B -relevanten Themen und Trends Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Legal und externen Partnern im Rahmen der Governance und Compliance VoraussetzungenAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personal, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbarMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im C&B -Umfeld, vorzugsweise im internationalen KontextSehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung leistungsbezogener Vergütungsmodelle und moderner Benefit -KonzepteAnalytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Evaluation Tools und HR -SystemenOffene Kommunikation und Hands -On -Mentalität Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift VorteileEin modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit hybrider Arbeitsstruktur (Homeoffice an zwei Tagen in der Woche möglich), zentral gelegen im Fashion -Herz Düsseldorfs30 Urlaubstage und flexible Arbeitszeiten Zuschüsse für ÖPNV, Jobrad, Mitarbeiterrabatte auf die Produkte unseres Mandanten, Gesundheits - und Fitnessangebote u.v.m.Interne Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Klingt das nach Ihrer nächsten Herausforderung?
