Aufgaben

Als Projektmanager / Solution Engineer bringst du unser Produkt beim Kunden zum fliegen. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Business und Tech. Du verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Nutzer, übersetzt sie in Umsetzungspläne und koordinierst sowohl interne als auch externe Stakeholder.

  • Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte: Vom Kickoff bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
  • Du definierst Projektziele, Workstreams, Verantwortlichkeiten, Scope & Zeitplan.
    Du führst strukturiert durch Workshops, Onboardings und regelmäßige Status-Updates.
  • Du bist die zentrale Kontaktperson ("one face to the customer") und sorgst für klare
    Kommunikation.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Product & Engineering Team zusammen, priorisierst
    Anforderungen und stellst sicher, dass Kundenthemen sauber ins Produkt
    zurückfließen.
  • Wenn es kritisch wird, kannst du auch mal selbst eingreifen, sei es bei Datenlogiken, analytischen Fragen oder kleinen technischen Anpassungen (z. B. SQL, Python, API-Checks).
Qualifikation

Idealerweise bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Du musst kein Data Scientist sein, aber du solltest dich im Daten- und Software-Kontext wohlfühlen.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Consulting, Solution Engineering, Business Analytics
    oder Customer Success (B2B SaaS Umfeld von Vorteil).
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsskills (kundenseitig & intern).
  • Fähigkeit technische Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen und strukturiert zu erklären.
  • Grundverständnis von Datenbanken / SQL und erste Erfahrung in Python oder
    ausreichende technische Lernbereitschaft.
  • Unternehmerisches, lösungsorientiertes Mindset
  • Spaß daran, Prozesse zu gestalten, Dinge zu strukturieren und Ordnung in Chaos zu
    bringen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
