AI Implementation Developer (m/w/d), deutschlandweit remote

Gehaltsrahmen: je nach Erfahrung bei – 85.000€ per anno

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Integration von Datenquellen und Services, die die AI-Plattform mit stabilen, reproduzierbaren und qualitativ hochwertigen Informationen versorgen. Du entwickelst robuste Pipelines, betreibst leichte Services und triffst technische Entscheidungen mit Blick auf die Anforderungen moderner LLM-Systeme.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Integrationen:
    Planung und Entwicklung kompletter Daten- und Extraktionspipelines – von unstrukturierten Eingaben bis hin zu produktiven, AI-fähigen Services
  • Service-Betrieb:
    Aufbau und Betrieb schlanker Web-Services (z. B. per Docker) für Near-Real-Time-Anwendungen
  • Stabilität & Reproduzierbarkeit:
    Sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse zuverlässig, versioniert und nachvollziehbar laufen – selbst bei wechselnden Datenquellen
  • Fehleranalyse & Edge Cases:
    Eigenständiges Debugging, Identifikation besonderer Fälle sowie Definition geeigneter Mappings und Workarounds
  • Knowledge-Base-Management:
    Pflege und Optimierung von Wissensbasen im Hinblick auf Embeddings, Retrieval-Strukturen und Datenqualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit:
    Abstimmung mit AI Solution Managern, Product und Engineering, um Integrationen effizient und skalierbar umzusetzen
  • Qualitätsstandards:
    Etablierung nachhaltiger Best Practices, Muster und Prozesse, die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung langfristig vereinfachen

Deine Expertise

  • Grundlegende Python-Skills (oder andere Programmiersprache) und Erfahrung im Aufbau produktionsreifer ETL- oder Datenintegrationsprozesse
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs- und Integrationslösungen wie Power Automate oder Make von Vorteil.
  • Grundlegende Expertise rund um API-Design, Schnittstellenarchitekturen, Datenstrukturen und gängige Auth-Methoden (OAuth, SSO)
  • AI-Grundverständnis
    :
    Bewusstsein für die Auswirkungen von Embeddings, Chunking oder Daten-Ingestion auf LLMs
  • Starke Kommunikation
    :
    klare und transparente Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern – auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2)
