We look for

... an operational specialist who shall assure a high quality inspection, production, labeling and packaging of goods.

• Inspect incoming goods
• Inspecting defective parts during production (quality control)
• Comply with work instructions and safety regulations
• Carrying out pre-assembly steps
• Carrying out completion of assembly
• Carrying out completion of labeling
• Carrying out packaging of articles
• Carrying out packaging of delivery
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on production installationsQualify returned samples

How you best qualify

• Most of all you should enjoy working with your hands. You will be most of your time at a table (sitting or standing) and work at least 50% of your time with different materials in your hands. Those materials are generally small, lightweight and simple (i.e. a screw or spring or cushioning).
• You should enjoy to keep a place well organized and be proud on a task that you were able to complete.
• Being precise and making sure that you perform your task according to specifications matetrs a lot to us. Meaning, if you would be request to cut straps into pieces of 310mm length, we need 310mm and not 295mm.
• Preferably, you have a technical or handcraft education. But this is not a hard selection criteria.
• Our experience shows, that a candidate best suits to us and we to the candidate, when you appreciate a direct feedback environment and when you believe in our company purpose and products.
