Right now, we are looking for an HR Specialist (M/F/d) with a focus on Recruiting and support with operative Onboarding activities to join our team at KNIME in Konstanz.*

**That's the job**:

- Coordinating: Set up interviews and make sure scheduling runs smoothly for everyone involved.
- Recruitment Marketing: Support job ad creation and promotion to attract future KNIMErs.
- Learning & Development: Share knowledge, join learning opportunities, and grow your recruitment skills.
- Pre
- and Onboarding: Communication with the new employee and support for the operational part of onboarding.
- AI in Action: Test and help with rolling out AI tools that streamline sourcing, screening, or other HR processes, and share what works.
