Senior Brand Manager - Consumer Healthcare

Hesse, Germany

Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading Consumer Healthcare business to appoint a Senior Brand Manager based in Hessen. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving brand growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and strengthening the presence of key products across multiple channels.

Your responsibility as a Senior Brand Manager will include:

  • Leading brand strategy and 360° marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and eCommerce. digital, eCommerce, and traditional channels.
  • Using consumer insights and market analysis to inform product positioning and launches.

Owning the end-to-end business value chain

  • Collaborating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitoring performance through KPIs and optimising campaigns for growth.
  • Driving innovation and new product development to strengthen the brand pipeline.

To be successful as a Senior Brand Manager you will have:

  • Degree-level education in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong track record of OTC or Consumer Healthcare brand management.
  • Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital, and eCommerce.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for brand growth.
  • Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
