Deine Aufgaben

  • Deine Position ist neu geschaffen und berichtet direkt an den Global Head of Tax. Du bist Teil eines erfahrenen, eng zusammenarbeitenden Steuerteams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für sämtliche umsatzsteuerlichen Belange des Unternehmens.
  • Beratung der Business Units
    – Du berätst die operativen Unternehmenseinheiten in allen umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Tax Business Partnern sowie relevanten Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • SAP S/4HANA-Implementierung
    – Du begleitest aktiv die Einführung von SAP S/4HANA im Unternehmen und stellst sicher, dass alle umsatzsteuerlichen Anforderungen vollständig und compliant umgesetzt werden.
  • Prozess- und Systemoptimierung
    – Du entwickelst die umsatzsteuerlichen Prozesse und Systeme in Deutschland und international weiter und optimierst sie kontinuierlich.
  • Steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen
    – Du unterstützt bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen im In- und Ausland (Schwerpunkt Umsatzsteuer) und begleitest gegebenenfalls auftretende umsatzsteuerliche Sonderthemen.
  • Richtlinien & Compliance
    – Du erstellst konzernweite Umsatzsteuer-Richtlinien und interne Verfahrensanweisungen und hältst diese laufend aktuell, um eine einheitliche Tax Compliance sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung
    – Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation); ein abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen ist vorteilhaft.
  • Berufserfahrung
    – Mindestens 8–10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umsatzsteuer-Bereich, idealerweise erworben in einer der großen Prüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaften (Big4) oder einem vergleichbar komplexen Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Fachkenntnisse
    – Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen und internationalen Umsatzsteuerrechts sowie der aktuellen umsatzsteuerlichen Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • IT-/SAP-Kompetenz
    – Hohe IT- und Prozessaffinität; exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit
    SAP
    (idealerweise
    SAP S/4HANA
    ) und Erfahrung mit steuerlichen ERP-Systemprozessen.
  • Soft Skills
    – Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachkenntnisse
    – Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Umfeld souverän zu agieren.
