Your tasks:

  • Conducting export controls for industrial spare parts

  • Preparing export documentation according to country-specific regulations and shipping preparation according to customer specifications

  • Handling transport, including coordination and scheduling with transport companies and customers

  • Reporting to our customers

  • Issuing shipping instructions to suppliers and coordinating pickups with our freight forwarding partners

  • Maintaining relationships with our international customers and suppliers

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in logistics and export to third countries is desirable
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and independently implement legal regulations
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical, structured, and problem-solving approach to work
  • Strong affinity for new technologies and the ability to adapt to digital trends and ways of working
