More About The Role
- Process and validate customer orders in SAP R3, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare required export documentation
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and shipments
- Arrange global transportation in close collaboration with our distribution center
- Monitor and track international shipments to ensure safe and on-time arrival
- Support return processing and generate necessary documentation
- Contribute to departmental projects and maintain up-to-date process documentation
More About You
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in order management and export
- Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation
- Proficient in SAP (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and good English skills (B1 or higher)
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure
Nice to have:
- Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)
- Experience in an international company
- Additional languages such as Spanish or French
