Your new Role
  • Develop, lead, and implement big creative advertising concepts and messaging strategies that drive measurable brand growth and commercial results, setting the creative direction for all channels and campaigns
  • Translate brand strategy and consumer insights into clear, actionable copy frameworks, messaging playbooks, and tone-of-voice guidelines—making brand intent tangible for every team and touchpoint
  • Oversee and contribute to copywriting for advertising, website, app, POS, CRM, customer support, and digital touchpoints, ensuring on-brand messaging at every stage of the customer journey
  • Spearhead the development and operational rollout of custom AI copy tools (e.g., GPTs), empowering the business to generate brand-compliant, high-quality text efficiently—scaling the creative impact of the team
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, campaign, production, and analytic teams to optimize messaging based on campaign results, leveraging data for continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop a strong team of copywriters, fostering creativity, growth, and a proactive embrace of new technologies, while upholding gold standards for quality and consistency
Your Skills
  • 7+ years' experience in creative copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling for consumer brands, including 2+ years leading or mentoring creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-impact advertising concepts and messaging that deliver measurable results across multiple channels and markets
  • Proven skill in translating brand strategy into actionable frameworks, playbooks, and tone-of-voice guidelines
  • Expertise in digital and traditional copywriting (websites, CRM/email, apps, social media, ads), plus hands-on experience with AI-powered copy tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities; fluent English required, with German or other European languages considered a plus
