Deine neuen Aufgaben
  • Administration und Wartung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur von Kundenumgebungen
  • Patch und Lifecycle Management von Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege notwendiger Dokumentationen
  • Selbstständige Behebung von Störungen und Koordinierung von externen Dienstleistern
    •
  • Ansprechpartner für Netzwerk-Architekturen sowie Begleiten von spannenden Projekten

Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Netzwerkadministration
  • Gute Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Switching, Routing, Firewall
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerkprotokollen und Netzwerkdiensten.
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und prozessorientiertes Handeln
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, sowie Spaß an der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
