We're hiring a hands-on Operations Analyst with strong logistics and warehousing expertise to be the dedicated data counterpart for Logistics & Fulfilment Services (LFS). You will bridge operational knowledge with data-driven decision-making, owning logistics data products end-to-end (KPIs, dashboards, pipelines). Your goal is to turn raw data into actionable insights that continuously improve product movement and customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and analytics, turning raw data into actionable insights that directly improve how we move products and serve customers.

Own logistics and warehousing data, ensuring accurate KPIs, such as stock accuracy, throughput, pick/pack, carrier SLAs, and reliable reportingAnalyse fulfilment performance to uncover bottlenecks, cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains, translating findings into actionable insights for Operations leadershipSupport strategic initiatives such as warehouse expansion, automation, and 3PL integrations through rigorous data analysis and continuous improvementAct as the analytics partner for Operations teams while serving as the bridge to the central Data team, ensuring alignment, governance and impactMaintain high data quality and compliance by defining certified metrics, implementing quality checks, and upholding reporting standards trusted across Operations

Dein Profil

3+ years of experience in analytics, operations analysis, or supply chain/warehousing roles, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or logistics environmentsStrong analytical skills with proven ability to transform operational questions into data-driven solutionsHands-on experience with SQL and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BIFamiliarity with modern data platforms, such as BigQuery, dbt, or equivalent, and data workflows is a plusUnderstanding of logistics and fulfilment KPIs, such as stock accuracy, warehouse productivity, carrier performance, etc.Excellent communication and storytelling skills: able to explain insights clearly to both warehouse staff and executivesPragmatic problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English, German is a plus
